The gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. facilities were very good. The bedroom was spacious. beds were comfortable. i was lucky because i got upgraded upon arrival.

the bathroom had mold. it definitely needs to be upgraded.

Ahmed greeted me at reception. He was very kind and professional. Ahmed helped me with everything. He knew a lot about the area.

The AC machine dripped water in my room. They did not seem happy there. Leaves was in the pool.

green plants convenient location scrub soap dirty packaging

the gardens feature a lot of green plants and fountains. i found the location to be great, close to many attractions.

the soap in the bathroom had a scrub element which was not useful for hands. the packaging for this soap was terribly dirty i saw

I enjoyed the resort's location! It offered easy access to many points of interest. The valet parking service worked efficiently. The staff were always ready to assist. The wifi speed was amazingly fast, and my son played PS5 without any disconnections.

My room had some issues, unfortunately. There was an odd smell, not pleasant upon entering. The room chiller was difficult to control, and the temperature felt too hot at night. I also noticed salt water stains on the sofa.
